How to Use It

Download the PDF and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Preview on Mac, or most modern browsers' built-in PDF viewers — all of these support filling form fields. Click into any underlined field and type; use Tab to move to the next field in sequence.

One honest limitation: this PDF fills in but doesn't calculate. Unlike the Excel version, the Subtotal, Tax and Total Due fields don't auto-sum — you'll need to add up the amount column yourself and type in the totals. If automatic calculation matters more to you than a PDF format, use the Excel template or the live generator instead.
